Great overall but on collection the battery replacement warning light was lit on the dashboard. After a few hundred miles driving it has remained lit and the car has been booked in for checking. This should really have been spotted before collection

Service done as required. You don't get any extras for free. Main dealer prices are more expensive than local garages and you don't get anything extra. Most garages cover warranty repairs aswell and use genuine BMW parts.

Amazing service, I had been let down my BMW Reading multiple times, cancelling bookings last minute citing part supply issues but Maidenhead have been amazing from start to finish

The only downside to the service experience was booking the car in. I personally went into the dealership to book the car in, waited over 30 mins and then was told that they were too busy with customers. I went away and booked by phone.

Service staff were great, but was told day before service that a loan car that I'd booked would not be available which made things difficult. Taxi was offered from/to BMW which helped somewhat but still needed loan car for school collections.

My car was in for the egr cooler recall. A full health check was carried out and some maintenance was recommended. Everything happened on time as they said it would. Great customer service.

Recent service was fine - liaison Kelly is awesome! The car had EGR recall - I was told via call centre, service would be done same day / they had part in-stock - this wasn't the case, car was stuck in garage for 10 days waiting for the part

They understood the urgency of needing my brake pads replaced, and took on board my disability, in giving me a loan car and getting the pads replaced and my car back to me, quicker than I ever thought possible. And they washed it!

The basic customer service is letting your customer know when their car is going to be ready especially when you need to keep the car overnight. Why you needed it overnight for a 6.5 hour job I don't know. Cost was at the top of the range given too.
